Vexed Prospects

Gran Torino. Huge Clint Eastwood fan. His latest, set in Detroit, looks tremendous. 12/12

NOTORIOUS. All while it was being made I felt it looked extra suspect, despite all the good things I'd heard about it. Regardless, BIG was one of the greatest... Can't pass this one up. 1/16

Defiance. True story of of a Jewish community's resistance during WWII. I understand WWII movies get made every other day, but this one looks magnifique. 1/16

Fanklyn. British Sci-Fi film about four people connected in parallel universes. [Sidebar]: "Universes", or "Universi"? I vote the latter.[Close Sidebar]I have a penchant for Sci-Fi, not to mention it features my muse and future wifey Eva Green. Unfortunately, there's no US release date as of yet, but it releases in the UK 1/30. Bootleg anyone?
